Rediscovering yourself after birth is a very personal journey. If you are looking to reconnect with your physical body while also honoring the emotional and mental changes of new motherhood, I offer one-on-one coaching sessions. Each visit is tailored to your individual needs, and can incorporate strength training, yoga, breathwork and mindfulness work. These sessions are appropriate from shortly after birth through the first year, and your baby is welcome if you prefer to have them with you.
Sessions are available as single visits, or in discounted packages of 5, 10 or 20 visits and are available at Bliss Yoga Studio in Monroe or via Zoom.

Accessible for all pregnant bodies, join us live on zoom to explore movement, breath and connection. Each class offers a different focus, and requires no experience in yoga! Come as you are and learn to listen to your body, build strength and stamina, and relieve those aches and pains of pregnancy. Best of all, you will prepare for the physical and mental journey of birth and postpartum recovery.

As a new mom, finding time to return to moving your body is a big challenge. Postpartum Strong does not only welcome your baby, they are welcome to be part of the practice! This unique class combines yoga, strength, barre, pilates and mindfullness to safely help you engage with your physical body, bond with your baby, and make invaluable time for yourself.
No matter your pre-pregnancy level of fitness, we all have to start over giving birth. The first step is to honor and recognize your body just as it is, with gratitude for the changes that created your baby. That's not easy, but together we will celebrate our strength in ways that are appropriate for all bodies. Just as importantly, we will explore practices to calm, energize, connect and find joy both within yourself and in your relationship with your baby. The emotions and changes in the first year of motherhood are tough, and you deserve a supportive environment to honor the range of emotions you are feeling every day. Come just as you are, and leave feeling stronger, calmer and grateful for your amazing body.
Class will utilize bodyweight exercises, light weights and resistance bands, but none of those are required to have a great class!

Have you ever heard the phrase "listen to your body?" but had no idea how to actually LISTEN? Did you take a childbirth class and walk away with a great understanding of the process of birth, but even more confused about how to actually cope with the sensations and emotions of labor?

This gentle, relaxing yoga class is open to both prenatal and postpartum students. Postures are all on the floor, held for longer periods of time and supported by props. The intention of the practice to help you release physical and mental tension, open and expand tight places and deeply relax. This class is appropriate for all prenatal students, and can be modified for the early postpartum period. You will end the practice feeling restored, refreshed, and ready to sleep well.
Sorry, but babies cannot join this class to allow all students to fully relax (including you!)
