
What is InBody Mama Yoga?
InBody Mama Yoga is a unique practice, created after more than 20 years experience working with pregnant women and hundreds of students guided through in person classes. I understand the challenges of your changing physical body, but know that preparing for labor is more than practicing a series of poses and recovering from birth is not about "getting your body back". Rooted in somatic (intuitive) movement, Classes are designed for every stage of pregnancy and postpartum, every size and shape, and every level of yoga experience. Helping you learn to truly listen to and honor your body is first priority, and I know that looks different for every pregnancy.
Each week, I offer a free class, so you can experience for yourself and decide if it's for you. Recorded classes can be accessed through our monthly membership, which includes InBody Mama Yoga, InBody Mama Strong, and InBody Mama Mindful.

What is InBody Mama Strong?
InBody Mama Strong was created to help you tap into both your physical and mental strength. Combining barre, pilates and strength training, we prepare together for labor, delivery and postpartum recovery and life as a busy mom. Every class is focused on safety and includes modifications for all levels and stages of pregnancy or postpartum.
