Take time for your self in this nourishing yoga practice specifically designed for your postpartum body, mind and spirit. Gently release tension, explore movement, and strengthen all while practicing in a supportive community of other new moms.

Please bring a yoga mat and blanket to class. Mats are available for rent for $2.
