InBody Postpartum Strong

Wondering how you can possibly workout with a new baby? Bring them along to this fun, community building class! Connect with other new moms, while we explore strength, barre, pilates and cardio elements. Babies come first, so you are encouraged to meet your babies needs during class-feed, change a diaper, wear them, etc!

Wear comfortable clothing and sticky socks, and bring your yoga mat and a blanket for baby. We have rental mats for $2 and socks available for purchase.
