
Prenatal Strong combines exercises from barre, pilates and strength training in a fun, accessible hour designed to help you prepare for your best labor, birth and postpartum recovery. All stages of pregnancy are welcome and no experience is required (just the ok from your care provider). Wear comfortable clothes, sticky socks and bring a yoga mat if you have one available. Yoga mats are available to rent for $2 and socks will be available for purchase.
