Hi!l I'm Megan (Miles) Hamilton. I've supported women through pregnancy, birth and postpartum for over 20 years as a doula, birth educator and creator of The Miles Circuit. I'm also a yoga and fitness instructor, embodiment coach and meditation teacher. Most importantly, I'm a mother, partner, dog mom and friend.
After building a thriving prenatal and postpartum yoga/fitness program in person, a move across the country helped me realized that my students (you!) are all over the world. I'm confident that movement is medicine for every stage of pregnancy and motherhood, and I'm proud to help you connect with your body, find your inner strength and gain confidence in your ability to birth, parent, and thrive in this stage of life.
No matter who you are, the body you are in right now, or your experiences with movement, I know that you will feel better after pressing start on your class.
