An InBody Mama On-Demand membership offers unlimited access to yoga, fitness and mindfulness classes for pregnancy and postpartum. You are also invited to try out our classes absolutely free-each week we will highlight one prenatal and one postpartum yoga, barre or mindfulness class.
InBody Mama also offers prenatal and postpartum online courses on everything fre Miles Circuit to Embodied Childbirth Education to Surviving (and Thriving) Parenthood.
What makes InBody Mama special?
Founder and instructor Megan Hamilton has been working with pregnant and postpartum women for over 20 years. She's attended over 800 births as a doula and student midwife, supported hundreds of women as a birth educator and postpartum doula, and is best known as the creator of The Miles Circuit. Her training as a yoga teacher, somatic movement coach and educator inspired her to combine these passions to create InBody Mama. Rest assured, Megan understands the challenges of your changing body and emotions through this crazy time of life.
What's the commitment?
We offer month to month membership, as well as extra savings for 6 and 12 month packages. There is no minimum commitment for our monthly membership, and you can start at any point in your journey.
How often do you release new classes?
Every week, we release at least 2 prenatal and 2 postpartum classes and one new mindfulness class.
